East Alabama March for Babies

A premature birth is one that occurs before 37 weeks, with a normal pregnancy lasting 40 weeks. More than 500,000 babies will be born prematurely this year. That rate is one in every six babies born in Alabama. The money raised will go toward research and programs that help mothers have full-term pregnancies.
